Fulton, IL, USA - Construction of the Octagon -Phase 3
Phase
3 of the construction of the octagon is the first exterior layer: pine
wood.
Both workers finished the previous two phases in slightly more than a
week
and so still only carry their "low lands by the sea" tan.
The first layer of the outside finishing, made of pine wood, is applied horizontally.
After a long day of work in the hot sun, a refreshing drink in the relatively cool octagon...
After finishing the pine lining, the last work to be done is the exterior layer: the red cedar.
